Moving Sucks

My poor husband. He rolled into town at 3:30 this morning, spent the night at my dad’s house and we unloaded the moving truck this afternoon. Most of our stuff is in storage until we determine where we want to live. We just have a few boxes of clothes and misc stuff to unpack here at the house and we will be settled, at least temporarily.
Moving totally sucks. Lord willing this will be the last big move we make until after Daphne is out of high school. In 12 years we’ve moved 4 times, and 3 of those were to a different state. We are putting down roots, finally.

I feel ya! I’m not looking forward to our upcoming move…sigh, at least the moving all our stuff hassle of it, LOL. In the past 9 years we’ve lived in 3 different places, 2 of which are different continents! I’m concerned what living the the US will be like after living overseas for 5 years! Yikes! Best of luck getting settled and getting those ‘roots’ planted
