I have a good crock pot recipe. It's for pulled pork sandwiches, and it's from Sandra Lee from food network, so it's really easy. Here goes:

2 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 pork shoulder roast (3 1/2 lbs)
garlic salt
lemon pepper
1 bottle (12 oz) Del Monte chili sauce
3 pkgs. McCormick sloppy joe mix
1/2 C. low sodium beef broth
Hamburger buns

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork roast with garlic salt and lemon pepper. Brown on all sides. Place in a 4-5 quart slow cooker.

In a small bowl, combine chili sauce, sloppy joe mix, and broth. Pour over roast.

Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 7-8 hours or high heat for for 4 hours. To serve, shred pork and place on hamburger buns.

I also like to make coleslaw, and put that on the sandwich too. I know, from reading your blog, that you like BBQ, so hopefully this measures up. I think it makes for a pretty good sandwich. And it's super easy!
